Terms of Service

All images are the property of Cherishing Life's Sprinkles, LLC and The Olive Seed Studio. The Photographer retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to every image captured. Your purchase grants you a personal-use license only; images may not be sold, entered into contests, or used for third-party commercial purposes without written consent.

Digital Delivery and Refunds Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once a digital download has been initiated or a link has been sent. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for digital products.

Artistic Discretion and Culling The Photographer culls through approximately 1,500 high-speed frames per session to find the top 1% of "keepers." The Photographer has sole discretion over which images are included in the final gallery. Requests for "raw" or unedited files will not be honored.

Minor Model Release Incentive If you choose to receive a "Gifted/Free" digital image from the Photographer, you hereby grant Cherishing Life's Sprinkles, LLC (dba The Olive Seed Studio) the irrevocable right to use that specific image of your minor child for marketing and promotional purposes on our website, Instagram, and Facebook. This "Gifted Image" serves as full and final compensation for this release.

Liability In the event of technical failure, equipment malfunction, or corrupted data, the Photographer’s liability is limited to a refund of the amount paid for the specific affected images.
